Danny McCormick is a lifelong resident of North Caddo Parish and a small business owner. He and his wife, Susan, have been married for 38 years. They have two children and six grandchildren. He currently holds the seat for House District 1, believes in prioritizing economic development, and is an active voice for preserving our liberties. 

 

Danny has several years of experience as a successful grassroots organizer and has continued those efforts while serving in the Legislature, recently founding Operation Golden Arrow – a network of tens of thousands of like-minded citizens across the state. 

 

Affectionately known as “The Man with the Backbone”, Danny McCormick never hesitates to speak out in defense of our Constitutional Rights. His legislative stance can be summed up as “less government”, and he means it. You’ll find him in favor of liberty issues and small businesses, while standing against taxes and radical environmentalism.
